Meet Esgar Jimenez
Founder | Technology Strategist | U.S. Army Veteran
I'm Esgar Jimenez, Founder of JIMTECH LLC and a strategic advisor with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of cybersecurity, technology leadership, and operational innovation.
My journey began in the U.S. Army as a Signal Support Systems Specialist, where I led secure communications and mastered technology under pressure. That foundation in mission-critical environments shaped my approach: lead with clarity, adapt with purpose, and always engineer for outcomes.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Technology Forensics and have completed dual Master’s degrees in Technology Leadership and Cybersecurity Operations. I’ve led modernization and process improvement initiatives within the federal space, focusing on compliance, automation, and secure workflow design in highly regulated environments.
I launched JIMTECH to help organizations cut through complexity and take action. We don’t build software, we build strategy. Through roadmaps, executive advisory, and retainer consulting, I work with leaders who are ready to move faster, scale smarter, and secure their future.
Outside of consulting, I’m deeply committed to mentoring veterans, expanding access to technology careers, and building a legacy rooted in service and long-term impact.
