About the Founder
Meet Esgar Jimenez
Founder | Technology & Cybersecurity Strategist | U.S. Army Veteran
I’m Esgar Jimenez, Founder of JIMTECH LLC and a strategic advisor with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of technology strategy, cybersecurity, and operational execution.
My journey began in the U.S. Army as a Signal Support Systems Specialist, where I supported secure communications and operated in mission-critical environments. That foundation shaped my approach to technology today: lead with clarity, design with intent, and always engineer for real-world outcomes.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Technology Forensics and dual Master’s degrees in Technology Leadership and Cybersecurity & Cyber Operations. My career includes leading modernization, automation, and governance initiatives within highly regulated environments, translating risk, policy, and compliance requirements into practical, enforceable systems.
I launched JIMTECH to help organizations cut through complexity and take action. I don’t build software, I build strategy. Through roadmaps, executive advisory services, and ongoing guidance, I partner with leaders who want to move faster, scale responsibly, and mitigate risk without disruption.
Outside of consulting, I’m committed to mentoring veterans, supporting access to technology careers, and building a legacy rooted in service, accountability, and long-term impact.
